These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between SMART TRAVELER Ltd and each user of the website. VisaMauritius assists users with administrative procedures in the obtention of a visa, occupation permit, residence permit or a student residence permit.

The use of the VisaMauritius website necessitates the opening of an account or registration as a member through a subscription form.

The user agrees to provide complete, accurate, true and relevant information during the registration process. VisaMauritius reserves the right to accept or refuse any application for registration.

The user will have to download his personal data and documents on the VisaMauritius website.

VisaMauritius makes all reasonable efforts to obtain the occupation permit, residence permit or student residence permit. However, only the local authorities (Economic Development Board, Immigration Office or Prime Minister’s Office) are responsible for issuing entry documents into Mauritius.

Under no circumstance can VisaMauritius or its affiliated companies be held responsible for any loss or non-compliance related to the establishing of contact with a partner or to the support provided. The user is solely responsible for any exchanges and recommendations made by VisaMauritius and/or the chosen partners. The user is solely responsible for deciding to pursue a collaboration.

Under no circumstances can VisaMauritius be held responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from recommendations made by the website, from the use of the website or other websites linked to it.

FEES AND TERMS OF DELIVERY

Prices and terms of payment

The fees charged by VisaMauritius for administrative support in the obtention of an occupation permit, residence permit or student residence permit are specified in Euros.

These fees only include the processing fees of your request for administrative support from VisaMauritius. The costs related to the occupation permit and residence permit granted by the Mauritian authorities, or options such as the delivery costs of your original documents, request for expert advice, expert support following a request to review the application, and an urgent processing of your application are not taken into account.

The procedures begin upon reception of the payment by VisaMauritius.

You have several means of payment for any purchases on VisaMauritius.com: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. All international transfer fees must be borne by the website user.

All payments made visa our website will be subject to security measures.

Under no circumstances will VisaMauritius reimburse the user for fees related to the procedures in obtaining an occupation permit, residence permit or student residence permit, unless a reckless mistake has been committed by VisaMauritius both parties have mutually reached an agreement to any such reimbursement.

  • Resolve any potential dispute or any problem with regard to the use of our services
  • Any use of personal data for purposes other than the aforementioned ones in our Privacy Policy will require prior consent of the user.

The legal basis for the collection of personal data for the aforementioned purposes is the consent as set out in Article 6-1 of the European Regulation on personal data. Consent is defined as any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

In the event that the applicant is a minor, the legal basis used is that of the consent of the legal representative of the person concerned.

In any event, we undertake to dispose of the personal data from our database after these periods have ended.

However, we may retain some information for a period subsequent to the closing of a personal account in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations and, in particular, to prevent potential illegal behavior after the deletion of a personal account (use of an old account by a third-party). In this case, the data will be deactivated and will no longer be available online.
